Terms and Conditions of service


All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD), including GST (inc GST).

Service rate is not including spares and parts.

All service repair job including call-out carries a minimum labour charge at $143.00, exceptions may apply to quotation work.

Out of hours, weekends and public holidays service will incur additional charge, contact us for your specific no-obligation quotation.

Onsite service outside metropolitan area will incur additional charge, contact us with your location (post code) for your free no-obligation quotation or any further information.

Onsite work involves travel and overnight stay

Air travel and/or Rental vehicle should be booked and paid in advance if applicable.

Accommodation should be booked and paid in advance.

Travel allowance and incidental costs are charged at $242.00 per day for every night spent away.


Payment in full shall be due and payable 14 days from the date on invoice unless otherwise specified in writing by EasiMed.

You will be sent a tax invoice with all banking details to make a secure online payment, please contact us if you wish to make payment via another method.

Upfront payment is required with order from new clients. 

Upfront payment is required for purchase orders that come from outside South Australia region.


Please be informed that accreditation testing service is not applicable to the customers outside South Australia region.

Repairs are covered by a 90 days warranty, this warranty only covers the work as performed and any parts replaced, not the entire device/machine.

Products warranty are based on the manufacturers or suppliers warranty periods, terms and conditions. Terms of conditions differ per product and per manufacturer/suppliers. Please contact EasiMed for clarifications.


Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
